The 3rd Annual ForWater Workshop will bring voices from the ground to share stories about technology enabling communities at scale and encouraging better participation in programs. We will also hear from programs that have demonstrated scale design in practice and are observing impacts on observability, capacities, financial utilization- amongst other things. Functionaries from Central and State governments will share their vision for participatory programs and how they see digital supporting this journey.
This event will also open up conversations on participatory digital infrastructure as a possible way forward for the collaborative and showcase a demo platform with the potential to enable it. The idea is similar to building roads (public infrastructure) for vehicles to run (programs and their assets). Sharing of data and information across programs of government and civil society organizations will become key to the success of a platform such as this. ForWater will call the ecosystem actors to join this journey and pledge to contribute to the public infrastructure.
